(General rules)
| Section 1 | Grant of the Student Lecture Awards (here after the "Lecture Awards") and management of the JSCC Student Lecture Awards Review Committee (here after the "Review Committee") shall be in accordance with the provision of "Rules for Student Lecture Awards" and this additional rules. |
(Entry)
| Section 2 | Entry to the Lecture Awards shall be submitted according to an entry method that will be mentioned in BJSCC of the year or in a guidance of Annual JSCC Symposium. |
| Section 3 | The person who has once won either the Lecture Award or the Poster Award cannot apply to either of the award. |
| Section 4 | The executive committee of Annual JSCC Symposium shall offer necessary material for the Lecture Awards grant, and shall cooperate to run smoothly the Lecture Awards review. |
(Review and Review Committee)
| Section 5 | The review shall be made according to the section 1 and the section 4 of Rules for the Lecture Awards, taking valuation of his presentation into consideration. |
| Section 7 | The chairman of the Review Committee (the Vice President of JSCC, here after the "Chairman") call the Review Committee. The Vice President of JSCC for the next term shall be the vice chairman, who is in charge of office work on the Lecture Awards. The vice chairman may choose the vice person in charge of office work. The Review Committee should be held with the answers or the attendances of more than two thirds of the Review Committee members including screen applications. |
| Section 7 | The review shall be held by voting. |
| Section 8 | These additional rules may be amended by a careful discussion and approval at the Council. These additional rules become effective from October 1, 2007. |
