" Discrete Coordination Systems with Switchable Structures and
Properties "のご案内

環太平洋国際化学会議（PACIFICHEM2010）におきまして、錯体化学関連の
シンポジウム" Discrete Coordination Systems with Switchable
Structures and Properties "（#143）を下記の要項で開催致します。

日時：12月15日（水）午前から16日（木）午後まで
口頭発表場所：Hilton Hawaiian Village（ホノルル）
ポスター発表会場：Hawaiian Convention Center（ホノルル）
アブストラクト締切：4月5日（月）
発表申し込み／アブストラクト提出： http://www.pacifichem.org/
その他：詳細は「化学と工業」１月号62ページ以降を参照してください。

招待講演者としては、Professor J. Mayer（米国）、Professor E. Hahn
（ドイツ）、Professor L. F. Lindoy（オーストラリア）など世界一流の研
究者を予定しています。また、招待講演の他に、アブストラクトを提出された一
般の方々の中から口頭発表者を選びます。このシンポジウムでは、主に、構造や
性質の変換が可能なディスクリートな金属錯体を対象にしていますが、ディスク
リートな金属錯体の集積化における構造や性質の制御に関する研究でも構いません。
ご関心のある方は、せひご参加くださいますようお願いいたします。
学生ポスター賞もありますので、学生の皆さまからのポスター発表もお待ちして

趣旨（抜粋）：
Discrete coordination systems that can respond to various
external stimuli, such as redox, pH, ionic strength, temperature,
and light, are very attractive because the responses lead not
only to the conversion of their structures and electric
states but also to the change of various properties, such as
redox, magnetism, color, luminescence, andcatalysis. This
symposium will focus on the creation of discrete coordination
systems that show such attractive switchable structures
and properties.
