| Additional Fees | Any bank transfer fees shall be borne by the applicant. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe, Inc. are borne by the Society. |
| Payment Timing | New members are required to pay the annual membership fee at the time of application. Existing regular members subject to annual fees are required to complete payment within the applicable fiscal year. |
| Provision of Services | For new members, membership privileges (including issuance of a member ID) will be granted within one week after confirmation of payment. For existing regular members who have paid the annual fee, membership will be renewed automatically. Please note that if membership fees remain unpaid for an extended period, membership status may be suspended following deliberation by the Board of Councilors. |
| Refunds and Cancellations | As a general rule, membership fees once received are non-refundable. If you have special circumstances, please contact the Secretariat. |
